Kids!

Kids have no rules to follow..
One of the reasons why I love kids! They are the live-wire personification of the phrase, 'Be Yourself'.
Watching kids scream, jump around, run, play, dance, talk, cry and what not at the gurudwara today, made my heart say out loud, this is what being yourself is. No rules to follow. No limitations to abide by..
This is how God made humans; and looking at my own self and fellow humans, I today am feeling this is how humans make humans.

In your memory..dad!

And now he keeps filling that hole in my soul by doing those miracles to me and showing himself up in random eyes of the strangers..

Falling in love..

My silence falls in love, everytime it encounters the sounds of the world.

An ode to the setting sun with the dearth of words

Nobody likes a setting sun. But has anybody ever tried reviewing the surpassing passing silent beauty of it at all?

A Conversation with Life!~

Just while you're too busy engrossed thinking about all the things you so bad wish you had..some other things are in the waiting list, wishing they were yours!
We so easily, without any efforts tend to ignore all that life has in offering and keep suffering, thinking of all that we don't have but wish was ours!
The choice is yours. Accept the offerings or keep suffering!

Random thought!

My soul stares at me like a frozen picture!~

Horizon, Love and photography!~

Horizon is so symbolic of love.
The sky gets warmer as it gets near the horizon and land gets cooler as it gets near the horizon.
Horizon..where the sky and the land meet..become one!

P.S. - Anybody who know anything about photography will know what I mean. :)

To the Indian Coffee House..with love!~

Sitting and witnessing the silent sounds of the world accompanied by Indian Coffee House, cheese omlette and a cuppa coffee and preferably a book to read is pure bliss! ♥

To the Ring Road..with love!~

Aah! The simple pleasure of strolling around and sitting alongside the ring road and watching the world going by in the evening.. ♥

This is for you dad!~

tum the jab the..
fir the aur nahi the aur the..
fir chale gaye
par ho pehle se zada saath..
kyu hota hai
jab khota hai
tab hi ehsaas hota hai
kya hota hai
jo khota hai..

I love you dad..will always do!~

Rest In Peace.. ♥

Anonymous thought of the moment..

Sochti hu samjhaau
ke dil mein kya hai.

samandar hai..
aasmaa hai..
kaise batlaau
kaise samjhaau?

khudi jab puchhti hai
ke bataao mujhe..
to bol jaati hu ik dum mein sab
jaise samandar ko ik boond mein tabdeel kar diya ho

dekhti hoon jab sangharsh ko tumhaare,
aur dekhti hu sangharsh ko apne..
ik sanghyaa hai..
par saath juda hai ek visheshann
jo dikhta nahi par hai
aur asal mein sanghyaa
visheshan ka visheshann hai..

Wrote this one a few days ago..state of mind of that moment! :)

mann bhar aayaa!
shayad,
itna bhar gaya ke
chhalakne laga tha..ab aadha gir gaya.
aadhe mann se jeene ko mann nahi karta ab
mann..bhar gaya ab!

kuch hain
jinke liye aadha bhi poora hai..
jinke liye aadha bhi amrit hai..
bhare huye dikhna hoga abhi,
unke liye aadha bhi poora hai.
bhare hue na dikhla sakti main abhi,
unke liye vish hoga.

mann bhar aayaa!
par bhare huye dikhna hoga..

Yesterday's random thought while I was travelling back to Delhi via bus..I call it ''Bus-thinking'' :P

ऐसा देस..
जहाँ पूजा जाता औरत को,
दुर्गा ख़ुद ही कटती,
सरस्वती कोसो दूर ज्ञान से,
काली पड़ीं उसके पेरो में..

-----

aisa des..
jahaa pooja jaata aurat ko,
durga khud hi katt-ti,
saraswati koso door gyaan se,
kaali paddi uske paero mein..

STATUTORY WARNING: No offence meant!
